C & C Design started in 1983 as a one man design shop, and has now grown into a shop with six Mold Designers, housed in a 2500 foot building conveniently located off I94 in Cottage Grove, WI near Madison.

In 1983 he started in a bedroom of his family home, then shortly after hired his first employee, who is still with him till this day.

Then a few years later he build a large extension on to his home big enough to house three designers .

But not too many years pasted and he found that he had grown out of this space.  So he found a piece of land to build his new design house and is still at this address to this day.

The beginnings of C & C Design

We use Cimatron “E” software for Full 3D and 2D mold designs.

Paul is the owner and operator of C & C Design.

Paul began his career in his father’s repair and machine shop.  Then later went to MATC for mold design in injection molds.  First working for a near by shop, then in 1983 he decided to go out on his own.
